VITALs stands for Variable Intensity Training at All Levels. We believe there are more comprehensive and beneficial ways to train than the popular but often over-hyped HIIT method.
We train for strength 3x per week, every week. Strength is after all the #1 physical characteristic that enhances all other physical qualities. It's tailored to the individual and tracked from class to class to optimize your physical transformation.
In-between our strength classes, we utilize Anti-HIIT conditioning methods, ones that deliver long-term cardiovascular and stress-reducing benefits while fueling a fun, challenging, and sometimes outright out-of-this-world training experience.
